ORDERING

How do I place an order?

Ordering is simple and fun!  From our home page toolbar, choose CREATE A WISH PACKAGE.  Create your personal message and check out.  We'll do the rest!  

May I select multiple mementos to include with one card?

Wish Packages are designed to include one card and one memento packaged beautifully in an organza drawstring bag wrapped in heart tissue paper.  

How do I place a bulk order?

For bulk orders being sent to the same recipient, please email us at info@awishforyou.net.  We will work with you personally to assist with your order and calculate shipping costs. (Pass through shipping will be charged for bulk orders).

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you want to cancel or change an order, please email us as soon as possible at info@awishforyou.net.  If your personal message has already been added to the card and/or your Wish Package has been sent, it may be too late but we will do everything we can to assist you!

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email confirmation alerting you that your order has been received.  You will also receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.  

Am I able to choose my shipping method when I place my order?

As we offer complimentary shipping, all Wish Packages are shipped USPS First Class Package Service.  In the future, we hope to offer expedited shipping options as an upgraded service. 

If your order is refused or returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. 

What if I placed an order but did not receive a shipping notification?

Shipping notifications are generated when your Wish Package is ready to ship to your recipient.  Please allow us 3-5 business days to create and assemble your Wish Package.  If you have not received a shipping notification within 5 days of placing your order, please notify us at info@awishforyou.net.

Am I able to choose my shipping method?

As we offer complimentary shipping, all Wish Packages are shipped USPS First Class Package Service.  In the future, we hope to offer expedited shipping options as an upgraded service. 

If your order is refused or returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. 

How long will it take for my recipient to receive the Wish Package?

Please allow us 3-5 business days for us to create and assemble your Wish Package.  Once your Wish Package is mailed, it can take 2-7 business days to be delivered, based on your recipient's location.  All Wish Packages are currently shipped from our South Carolina or Florida locations and sent USPS First Class Package Service.

Can you ship a Wish Package to a Post Office Box?

We absolutely can!

Can you ship a Wish Package internationally?

At this time, Wish Packages can be shipped only to US locations.

PAYMENT AND BILLING

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time, we accept only credit card payments.  The credit card must be linked to a US billing address.  

Can I create an account and save my contact and credit card information for future purchases?

This functionality is not available at this time but will be added in a future website enhancement.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged once your order is accepted and processed on our site.

What should I do if my payment is declined?

Please double check that:

1.  You entered your credit card number and all other information correctly

2.  Your card has not expired

3.  Your billing address is exactly the same as the one associated with your credit card

If all else fails, you may want to contact your credit card company or try another card. We are not able to see the reason for the decline message in our system.

Why should I order from A Wish For You rather than just sending a card, flowers, etc.?

We love being asked this question! It is our hope and belief that A Wish For You offers a unique way for both senders and recipients to feel special and to celebrate the special bond they share.  Our senders take the time to select a beautiful card, create a personal message, and choose a memento that completes the sentiment.  The Wish Package arrives in the mail to surprise and delight the recipient and becomes something of lasting value that can be treasured and displayed, unlike a virtual message that is shortly discarded or gifts of flowers and food that by their nature will expire.  Our senders share their hearts with those who mean the most to them; and our recipients feel cherished when the Wish Package arrives.  

A Wish For You is women-owned and we support the personal and business dreams of other women.  We believe that when women share their talents, their gifts, and their ideas, great things happen!  

A Wish For Your is also proud to partner with many Fair Trade vendors who continue to introduce ideas for unique and lovely mementos to add to our inventory.
